Kodachi does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or user information. The app operates entirely offline on your device.

All video processing occurs locally on your Mac. Your video files:

The app requests access only to:

• Selected Files: Files you explicitly select through the file picker
• Output Folders: Folders you designate for saving processed files

Note: This access is granted through macOS sandboxed permissions and is limited to the specific files and folders you choose.

Kodachi does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud services.

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data at risk. All processing happens locally within Apple's macOS security sandbox.

Our app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
